Uiltje Bar

We didn't eat, although I'm sure the snacks were great. We love going to breweries in the U.S. and the Netherlands didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, you can't visit the actual Uiltje brewery anymore, but we were able to enjoy all their brews at this cute spot. It was cozy, the bartender was friendly and the beers were great.

We were lucky - a special tap takeover was happening and the beers were delicious. We also scored two seats at the bar and the bartenders were fantastic. Though it was packed, they were attentive and nice, even making small talk with us.
I really enjoyed it and I recommend it if you're looking for a good beer.

Super relaxed craft beer bar. Over 30 beers on tap with a regularly changing selection. The beer menu is really good - features a number of their own beers and usually a large selection of imported beers from across Europe. Really appreciate the selection - often leave wanting to try more!

They do cold cheese and meat snacks, or depending on the day pizzas/burgers. The pizzas are good quality, with a nice crust.

There's a few tables out the front for some fresh air or a fairly large seating area at the back. Order at the bar, and they're usually happy to open a tab. Cards accepted.

Great beer with regularly changing taps at a cozy bar. The burgers are a nice touch and recommended when pairing with beers. I always get the beer flights and am happy to see they serve it with an extra glass of water to cleanse the palette. My favourite bar in Haarlem!

This is hands down our favorite local spot. Joost and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about beer. The tap list is always interesting, usually half Uiltje and half other breweries. Plus there is a fridge with great non-alcoholic options and cans from all over.

My favourite bar in Haarlem. During Covid i ordered every Fresh and Fast box there was. Brewery ‘t Uiltje made me survive the pandemic!

This bar is just great for quality beer fans or if you're just looking to sample some of the local brews. 30 taps with Het Uiltje brews and some international guests and a nice selection of bottles and cans. The bartender spoke very good english, was friendly and he knew all about his beers. They serve flights. Food is simple, but tasty, pizzas with local ingredients and a huge variety of cheese platters. Thre is even some outdoor seating. I had a great time, will definitely return next time i'm in Haarlem. Cheers!

Chill atmosphere and good beer. Their bottle shop down the street has an excellent selection, especially sours which aren't so common everywhere. They also have a restaurant in the back called " Grillin' in the Name". Its a burger menu with a vegetarian option called Hey Joe which is a veg version of a sloppy Joe with really nice flavors. Highly recommended!

Came here for beers and pizza during out first night in Haarlem.
A cosy and welcoming atmosphere with friendly, kind and helpful staff.
Enjoyed a warm night in with board games and tasty food. I'm not a beer expert but they had a greay selection to pick from :) I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family visiting Haarlem.

Really nice bar with plenty of options for beer. The decoration is very unique around the place. The bartender will ask you what kind of beer you like and will make sure he/she finds something you like. Plenty of options and good ones!

Great spot with locally brewed beer. About 50 choices, they also do food and free snacks!

I absolutely love this bar. They have a great selection of beers, including some amazing sours. The bartender is super friendly and always gives great recommendations if my beer choice is tapped out. Also this bar is pet friendly :)
