Absolutely love the apartment I rented with the help of Gruno Vastgoed!
From the moment I stepped in, I knew it was the one. The interior is so chic and modern, and the abundance of natural light is just incredible. The views from the balcony are stunning, and it feels like my own little oasis in the heart of the city. Plus, the neighborhood is fantastic - everything I need is within walking distance. It was taking some time at first, but then I got another person for my case - Kariem, and he made this experience perfect. Everything was arranged in less than 48 hours, which I am extremely thankful for , as I had a very limited time to get an apartment in Groningen. Want to express my gratitude to Kariem once again, everything was perfectly fast and comfortable!)

Gruno Vastgoed helped me and 2 of my closests friend get a house together, which is not something everyone can flex about. Their reply times are fast and the workers there are nice and try to be helpful at all times. They even worked after office hours as a favor because we needed the key beforehand to ensure we had an anxiety-free summer. One of the few agencies left that seem to care about students and about their tenants, would recommend.

This company has gone a long way since I first encountered them. Their reputation may not be the best but they are doing their best to fix it.

I gave Gruno Vastgoed a call around noon out of curiosity and got a call back that there is an apartment available. Had a viewing half an hour later and by the end of the day, I had the apartment.

Extremely happy with Gruno. They found me a great room quickly and set me up in a matter of days. Within two days of initial call the contract was signed. Could not have been more professional, friendly, and efficient. Compared to my previous house search, I was blown away.

I am living in my apartment since July this year and am a really happy tenant with Gruno Vastgoed B.V.. From the viewing of the apartment on, everyone I met from the company (especially Kariem and Johannes) is very friendly and professional. All questions I had about the apartment during the viewing were answered. The questions that came up after moving in were addressed within the same day. When I needed support with the heating systems, they sent someone over the next day fixing it.

Dealing with this agents was amazing especially Mark he helped me secure accomadtion for my daughter and friends he was so kind and communicative always willing to help me when I was completely stressed I genuinely can't thank Mark and gruno enough groningen is very limited with student accommodation so this is the agent to use go for it well done Mark

Me and my housemates rent from Gruno and share a kitchen. Faucet / sink broke and contacting Gruno resulted in a repairman sent immediately! Our sink ended up being fixed within the hour. Very happy!

These guys are AMAZING! Not only did they help us find an apartment within the week, but they have been so so kind. I locked myself out one night, and although their shift was over they came in 10 minutes to open the door for me so that I could get my key back. I would absolutely recommend.
