I was searching for housing from US and they replied to my application quite quickly (which was already better than many) and remained responsive throughout the process. I had a video viewing, got shortlisted and ultimately secured the place before my arrival which took away significant stress. The whole process took about 2 weeks throughout which I was kept well-informed and Elena was always very amicable to interact with.

We were extremely satisfied with the relocation service. Pauline was truly helped us a lot. As international student couple studying in the Netherlands, finding a suitable house was a challenge for us. At the beginning, Pauline checked potential properties with us every day, scheduled online viewings, and helped us in viewing houses in the Netherlands. After considering the distance to our office and classrooms, and we finally decided on the current apartment. I wish there where more than 5 stars. I came in Groningen to start my masters and I was lucky to meet and work with Pauline and the relocation service. We talked regularly and she she presented me lots of options, until she found me an amazing house. She came with me and my mother to the viewings and arranged a video call in case I wasn’t able to attend. I will be forever thankful to her for making the transition to another country a lot less stressful and finding me an amazing place.

Pauline was our agent and we're just so lucky we gound her at the right time. She made our move from the USA to the Netherlands a lot less stressful. We started working with her in early May and signed a rental lease around 3 and a half weeks later. We started with a zoom chat, signed an agreement, and paid (part of) her fees in advance. During our zoom chat, she asked about our needs and expectations, and kept everything we said in mind while finding potential places for us. Pauline sent us new listings every couple of days, answered our questions quickly and offered great advice regarding areas, type of housing and contractual red-tape. She even took us on video tours of a few peoperties via whatsapp and gave us her honest opinion about them.
