This is my favourite and only place to post and pick up packages in Groningen. I’ve been going here regularly for a year or so now and the staff never let me down, they also make it an enjoyable interaction by having nice conversations with me and even giving me free ice cream once. They also have an easy to use system to pick up your packages through your phone.

They are truly hard-working and genuine people. These kind of services are constantly busy and overwhelming with the amount of packages, so I think it’s important to cut the staff some slack and understand they can’t do everything at once. They are simply doing their best which is enough! Many of my friends go here too and are happy. Will always recommend Siddiquie! :)

Great pick up point for packages. What people must understand is that this guy will give your package at 2am, that's why you pay the 2€50. And if you pay at 17:03 well it's unlucky but still you need to define a closing time. So shout out to them, reliable package point 🗿😈😏, if you don't like them you can pick it up somewhere else and face a closed door at 17:00 sharp.

Always had a great service here, they are a good team. The qr code is a clever system: you scan it, type in the tracing code and then you wait inside until they call your name. It never takes more than 5 minutes to get my packages, even if they are visibly very busy.

I was surprised by a lot of negative comments. I got my parcel on Saturday around 12pm and everything was quite efficient and nice. There is a QR system, you just put your tracking number to it and wait for a bit. The staff were also friendly, helped me to figure out how to use the system.

Great spot to pick up parcels in Central Groningen, the QR code system speeds things up. The owner works really hard!

One of my favorite pick up points where you can receive your package even in the late afternoon since it is a shop, for a small fee. And if you buy something from the shop - without a fee. I purchased USB-hub today, works perfectly.
Important: take your smartphone with you, it is necessary to scan a QR code and to insert your parcel number in order to pick up your order.
