Had to get my broken notebook screen exchanged, and the new one was ordered and installed in two days. The team is very friendly and helpful. Can recommend.

Brilliant customer service, very friendly and very helpful! I sent them a WhatsApp message on a Sunday because I had thrown tea over my laptop. After a short time I was called back and they told me, since it was an "emergency" that they would take a look at my laptop, despite officially not working on that day. I really appreciated the explanation they gave me. It was also really helpful to know the possible outcomes and from the start I was given an estimation of the price. The following days I was called for updates.
Before going to SmartPoint, I had been to another shop. They turned on my laptop (which apparently is a NO GO after throwing water on it) and told me they have to send the laptop for a control... So, for water trouble but also other issues, I definitely recommend Smart Point...!!

Excellent service, incredibly friendly people. I needed new screen for my laptop, within 1.5 hours the problem was solved. I went again for a different problem same day, they helped me wholeheartedly and didn't even charge extra. Hands down the best repairing shop in Groningen! Would 100% recommend.

fantastic customer service and a fantastic job on my computer! my laptop unexpectedly stopped turning on today and after failing to resolve the issue myself, i called several repair shops in the city to figure out what to do. this shop was the only one who told me i could come in immediately without an appointment, and it was already 14.30. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and very diligent about staying in contact with customers. services are fairly priced and i was told that if the service didn’t resolve the issue, i wouldn’t have to pay. they calmed my nerves and they fixed my laptop in 3 hours! i was so relieved that i was able to pick it up on the same day. if i ever have any issues with my devices again, i’m going straight to them. highly, highly recommended!!

Needed my laptop repaired on the same day to complete a final report that was due a few days later. Place was a godsend as my laptop was up and running again in 3.5 hrs. The service was reasonably priced and the people working there are so so kind. Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who needs a minor issue fixed fast.

Nice Service, very cool guys. I wanted to have my screen on my phone replaced, they gave me great advice, replaced the screen in 40minutes and even gave me a free screen protector after I paid. I would totally recommend everyone to go here!

The best place in Groningen for any electronics problems you are having. The staff is wonderful. They provide amazing quality service and tell you everything you need to know about your problem with full honesty. I will definitely come back to this place if I have another problem. I entered the store having a bad day when my computer stopped working. After one hour I left with my computer working and with a smile on my face because Smart Point made my day!

I had a problem with my Laptop and it was a big problem for me. I came to Smart Point ( I knew it from a close friend). The technician there was so friendly, and he asked many questions regarding my laptop to help him to come to a diagnosis. He told me that he wouldn’t do a thing with my laptop before I give permission and He said he will call me as soon as possible after he checks my laptop, and he indeed did that 👏🏻. I was informed well with my problem and with the solution and I received my laptop and it did not take much time. I will come back to this place every time I have a problem although I hope not, so I might buy technology gadgets from them 😂

Summary: the staff is very friendly and professional, the price was reasonable. Good place for technology! Recommend it to every one.

Fast and clear service. My laptop fan was producing irregular noises, so I took it to be cleaned. They were able to disassemble, clean, and reassemble my laptop in time for me to have it back the same day I dropped it off for repairs. They also fixed an issue with the trackpad mouse issues.

Would return here again for any future laptop issues, and also probably for the purchase of secondhand laptops and phones in future.
