I was a little worried to go here, having read the other reviews, but the employee working there was very kind and kindly helped us with everything. She had no problem speaking English with us and helped us find the medicine we needed.

very nice employees in the pharmacy, the other pharmacies did not want to accept my Italian prescription, the guy helped me and gave me the medicine. I am grateful

They're not a big pharmacy but so far I'm satisfied with their services. The ladies have been helpful. They even ordered a facial wash online for me

Kom al ruim 20 jaar bij Apotheek Venema, ook toen zij nog aan de Vismarkt zaten. Ik ervaar/vind het een fijne en goede apotheek met altijd vriendelijke betrokken medewerkers. Ja, het is soms druk en moet er gewacht worden maar waar is dit niet tegenwoordig.

Ik word altijd snel en vriendelijk geholpen! Voor oudere mensen wordt tijd genomen om de medicatie, het gebruik ervan en bijwerkingen uit te leggen.

Zeer goed bereikbaar met auto of fiets het ligt over het spoor en het is een stuk lopen in het centrum ligt een dependance.

Wat een fijne apotheek en lieve medewerkers! Ik was op vakantie in Groningen en mijn antibiotica vergeten. Daar waar mijn eigen huisarts niet echt mee werkte, werd ik super goed geholpen en ondersteund door deze mensen. Uiteindelijk is alles dankzij hen gelukt. Ik werd steeds goed geholpen met veel geduld en begrip. Fijne ervaring!!

Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Als je 'even' eind van de middag medicijnen op wil halen, net als de rest van werkend Groningen, dan ben je natuurlijk meestal niet gelijk aan de beurt.

Naar Apotheek gebeld voor mijn medicatie. Vriendelijke medewerkster. Heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik dezelfde dag mijn medicatie heb kunnen krijgen.

Tja, wat kan je zeggen van een apotheek, mensen zijn kundig, alle tijd voor je. Meestal tussen 15:00 en 17:00 flink druk
