This is a mindfully designed gem: the right decor, down to the details, an impressive yet cozy bar, the perfect mix of jazz music to complete the ambiance. Even sitting outside feels like being transported to the 1920's, everything slows down , one is overcome by a relaxed and joyful feeling. The cocktails are amazing and the Borski beer is delicious! The food is nicely presented and everything is fresh and tasty. I love that the portions aren't huge so it's possible to taste several different dishes. The service is superb. A true gem in Overveen!

This place is still the nicest restaurant I had a date with my girlfriend. We look back at photos and wish for corona to be over so we can go again. Very good food and prices. And ambiance is simply breathtaking. Love you Borski.

A little pit stop in the morning after a workout. On the terrace in the sun having breakfast. Great staff. Very friendly and everything they serve is made with eye for detail and taste delicious! I'll be back!

Very very beautiful place with charming interior

Beautiful place, great service and tasty food.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is warm and attentive, the Caesar salad and various small plates are delicious, and the bartender makes a fantastic Aperol spritz. Borski is a great place to rest during a bike ride, and it is definitely worth the quick trip by train from Zandvoort or Haarlem.

Excellent 1920’s style restaurant with genuinely delicious food, fabulous drinks and beautiful decor. Excellent service with very friendly staff. Very reasonable prices too. An absolute hidden gem - I wish I could pick it up and move it to my home town!!

I’ve been here many times as I m a local. Very friendly staff, everyone speaks English, food is always amazing, and best cocktails! Let’s not forget the interior takes you back to art deco era and you can tell they paid attention to detail in the best way.

What a great place!
Loved the Madeleines and the Choc-Pear Tart. Coffee is excellent, as is the staff.
Will be back for sure in the future to try their breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A really cool spot with great people, delicious drinks, lovely food, and a fun ambiance. In particular, their own beer Borski with an infusion of limoncello was super delicious. I wish there were places like this in Amsterdam!

Amazing place! Super friendly, attentive service, delicious food - small lovely dishes , the place is very stylish, starting from the tables, glasses, comfortable and elegant tables and seats. Interior is also beautiful but of course currently only possible to enjoy the terrace. Uncommon in NL, but you get a water carrafe, small snacks with the drinks just to start. Delicious Borski beer, coffee and good quality wine. Highly recommended!

Small portions and large beer is 0.25ml. Other than that a great place.

Great food, great staff, great place to eat

Great Gatsby era is revived here! The layed back atmosphere and approachable staff make this a steady "go to" hangout for lunch, dinner, and drinks!

Very nice food and personnel was very friendly and even more capable. Really enjoyed a nice dinner. Fully recommended.
