Apple Haarlem

When ordering the new macbook you can chose the fast charger without extra costs, and we really wanted it. However if you buy it in the store, which we did, the slow one is included. So couple days later we went back to the store to ask if it was possible to replace it for the fast one. I think 4 staff members came to us in a span of 10 minutes and the whole crew was trying to help us out (it was not too busy at the time). At some point the manager came to us and we switched the charger without sending the MacBook back. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

As all apple stores, outstanding design and excellent customer service. I was in a hurry and was able to get an express service at the genius bar.Employees are really helpful, kind and with an honest desire to solve your apple related problems. Great variety of items on display.

Authentic Apple Store with the usual good service.

Received excellent advice from the staff about the configuration needed to match our specs.

Great service overall. Friendly staff. Had an appointment, they informed me that I had to wait about ten minutes longer. After those ten minutes a very polite gentleman helped me with my issue. They replaced my battery and the same day I could pick my phone up. Phone is working like a charm now. They also repaired (or cleaned?) my charger port eventhough I didn’t mention I was encountering issues with this.

Staff did not push any unnecessary product on me. Bought a charger cable and asked if it was necessary to replace the charging brick as well after two years, but they said I shouldn’t replace it if it worked properly.

Didn’t expect this experience on a busy saturday, but I appreciate it very much.

I bought iPhone 14 14 pro iPhone SE and I also bought Apple Watch 8 and ultra I’ll be back next weekend for the new iPad and the Apple Watch SE a d iPhone 14 plus. But everything was amazing and I’m super satisfied with my purchase

Well staffed, English speakers, store laid out very nicely, bright and easy to find things. They're the only store I've seen in Haarlem since COVID-19 started that insists on temperature checks, masks and distancing. Very impressed.

I was excited about this shop. Good service, one of shop assistants helped me to choose phone and also created "Global Blue" check. And finally, I didn't stay in the long line that was in the same shop in Amsterdam.

They were terrific.

I went to try out the beats pro, but they didn't have it in display. So they opened a brand new one so I could try them out. Very satisfied by their customer service.
