The doctors are great! I had some issues in the past with a receptionist being a little derogatory to English-speakers, but that has improved now. Recommend!

TO my shock and horror i found out that a review was placed on this web site with my name ,it was not my doing .my account was hacked in april and my accounts were stolen also my bank accounts ,so hopefully this review will solve the absolute terrible accusations towards this surgery . i have been a patient at his surgery for ore than 10 years and im treated with all the respect and i recieve 1st class service.so i hope this sets the record straight .

2 years ago this place was 1star! Last time this place is 5 stars! Im wery happy here! Maloes ( lady) wery nace and attention for patient wery good! In the past we had difficulties! But now wery good doctor's and peoples!

I had a great experience! From warm friendly receptionist to great doctor! Bart van't Land made me feel comfortable and at ease!

Huisarts is wel oke, hoewel ze vaak van nieuwe dingen weinig kennis heeft en haar antwoord dan als waarheid brengt, de receptioniste is erg vervelend. Geeft geen nuttige informatie en praat met je alsof je haar buurvrouw bent. Weigert te doen wat je vraagt als ze denkt het zelf beter te weten. Geen vermogen tot samenwerking in gesprekken

Helaas kan ik deze huisartsenpraktijk niet aanbevelen.
Als je een afspraak hebt met een zieke medewerker krijg je geen telefoontje en zit je daar voor niks te wachten. Best wel schandalig.
Ook zijn ze zeer slordig met je patiëntendossier.
Al met al voor mij persoonlijk, genoeg redenen om over te stappen.

The practice has a 100% score of not taking care of patients. In 4 occasions my children were not feeling well and we I hear is to wait and use paracetamol. After consulting other doctors, because we had the luck to be able to, and persistence they were diagnosed with bronchitis and our 1 year old with pneumonia today! Enough is enough, but I would highly recommend them to reconsider whether being a GP was the right career path.

I called to ask whether they are accepting new patients when the assistant started ranting about “how all these English speaking people even find this clinic” and started questioning me how I got their number. I will look for a non racist practice to register with.

Very bad experience especially with the assistant. If you are an expat and you don’t want to feel discriminated, do not register at this practice.
