They were very helpful and patient at this Ecco. I LOVE my boots and look forward to many long years with them. I also appreciated that they sprayed the waterproofing spray on them before I left.

Nieuwe schoenen gekocht, maar bleken een foutje te bevatten. Na overleg in de winkel heb ik netjes vervangende schoenen mee gekregen. Zeer netjes en professioneel geholpen. 10+

Am besten fand ich Personal, hilfsbereit, freundlich und dabei nicht aufdringlich. Bereit für Smalltalk was den Einkauf noch schöner machte und in dieser Pandemiezeit den Alltag verbessert.
