ING-kantoor (alleen op afspraak)

Even though it was not possible for me to open a bank account here, the customer service woman took a lot of time to try to help me and explained all the details of why it was not possible. I really appreciated that. The lobby is warm and inviting. They have a little Cafe with tea and an attendant. I must say that I'm sorry I can't bank here.

I am really suprised that there that much negative comments about the bank service.
I have been in 3 different braches of ING. All the staff is very fast and reply your needs very quickly.
Especcially in this branch; they were really helpful and friendly. The way they were speaking was very clear and they solved my problems in a right way.
I do not know where all those negative comments are coming from. But this bank has the best and fastest service. They dont even let you to wait there hours and hours. Give you the exact time that they can help you.

Καμία σχέση με τις Ελληνικές τράπεζες .... Για να κάνεις το οτιδήποτε πρέπει να έχεις κλείσει ραντεβού .... Για αυτό υπάρχει ησυχία απόλυτη ....

Mijn man en ik zijn hier fantastisch geholpen door Giulia. Heel prettig gesprek gehad en na afloop ontvingen we een kaartje met een bedankje voor het gesprek en gelukswensen voor de toekomst. Buitengewoon attent! Medewerkers hebben veel kennis en zijn bijzonder servicegericht.

Voor het regelen van een hypotheek voor ons droomhuis zijn wij bij ING Groningen ontzettend prettig geholpen door hypotheekadviseur Martijn. Na het goed inventariseren van onze woonwensen, heeft hij ons stapsgewijs meegenomen in de te ondernemen stappen en gaf duidelijke toelichting op de vragen die bij ons opborrelden. Daarnaast hebben wij grote waardering voor de snelle communicatie en de mate van vriendelijkheid gedurende het hele proces. Wij gaan genieten van onze nieuwe woning. Bedankt Martijn!
