Brasss Hotel Suites

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brasss Hotel in Haarlem and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated right in the center of town, allowing me to easily explore all that Haarlem has to offer. The rooms were not only comfortable but also fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I can't recommend Brasss Hotel enough for anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Haarlem.

A hotel with character in a great location. Spotless and found nothing to complain about. All the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Some really nice thoughtful touches that make your stay welcoming. Perfect city break with some nice restaurants minutes from the hotel or stroll along the canal right outside. An easy 5 star review. We stayed in the Savanna suite and loved it. Staff exceptional, friendly and can’t do enough for you. Love the mini bar in room included in the price and the snacks in corridors too. Such a clean and well located hotel.

One of the best places I stayed in

We took the sardine room on the 2nd floor. Had a shared terrace but technical it was ours only cause we were the only guests on that floor.

The room is very spacious! Well designed and decorated.

This hotel is all about the details. All rooms in the second floor were named after sea creatures and you will find little clues inside the rooms.

They leave water and popcorn with sweets for the guests on each floor. The staff are super friendly and vibrant.

The location! You could never find better place to stay in Haarlem .

The staff is very friendly and were accommodating of our arrival time. The location in Haarlem is excellent, and the rooms and hotel itself are well appointed.
The level of service provided prior to even checking-in, helping to navigate the city and to locate a specific Dutch specialty food from my childhood, exceeded any and all previous hospitality that I have received. A wonderful place to stay!

Impeccably clean. Kind helpful staff and prefect location. My personal preference is for a softer bed and smaller pillow. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

I recently had the pleasure to spend a week in The Netherlands using Brasss Suites as my place of rest. Upon my arrival I was unsure I was in the correct location as I assumed I was checking into a "hotel" and the reception area felt more personal than that. Once I was ushered in and assured I'd found the correct location I was checked-in by a very friendly woman and her colleague. I was then taken across the way to a separate building where I was delivered to the "Sardine" room. My first thought was "I'm probably getting the smallest room as I'm a single woman traveling alone." Much to my surprise I found myself in a very large, spacious room where I could have easily held a dance party had I chosen to. It was so comfortable, light, and bright with all the modern conveniences one would want to find while away from home. My room was equipped with a love seat size couch surrounded by two chairs and a small drink table. There was also a larger table and 2 more chairs and a huge buffet style piece of furniture featuring a coffeemaker, boiler, coffee pods and necessary sundries. There was also a small refrigerator which came in handy. The bathroom was also very roomy, modern, bright and the rain-forest shower head was divine. All bathroom sundries were of very nice quality, including plenty of towels and bathrobes.
The housekeeping staff was superb. Always friendly, meeting any needs I may have had and never invasive.
I enjoyed the location of Brasss Suites on top of everything else. It's a short walk to the train station to get to Amsterdam and other countryside locations, shopping, museums and dining. The 300 Bus Line to/from the airport is also conveniently located. Haarlem is far less hectic than Amsterdam and I was so happy I made the decision not only to stay there but also the Brasss Suites. It was it nice to return to the city of Haarlem at the end of a busy day in Amsterdam, and knowing I would be returning to my comfortable accommodations certainly played a big role in a truly relaxing vacation. I look forward to returning to Brasss Suites and have already recommended it to a friend!

The Hotel is great and the Octopus Suite is just amazing! Great style and very spacious at a perfect location right in the center of Haarlem and still close to a parking garage.

I was unable to stay due to an error in the search query, yet they were very accommodating in helping refund my stay so I may find other accommodations, the operations manager was a blessing, I would highly recommend this hotel.
