City Beach the Oerkap

Nice place to chill for a while! They had a dock for small boats and paddle boards. You have to order drinks online and then collect them yourself.

Nice drinks and nice pizzas! The place is very nice especially with the good weather, but I also enjoyed having drinks inside when it's windy, raining, or night time. If they have interesting art & music events, it'd be even nicer, imo!

This is a very nice place in Haarlem. Do you want to eat a tasty pizza, drink a beer for a fair price and enjoy the view of the canal while listening to good music? This is the right place. Worth visiting!

Came in at recommendation of a friend. Large sand area for kids to play in and run around. We had drinks and pizzas. Service was quick and friendly. We came around 1300 on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy yet!

This is a cool place to hangout on a hot day. If u don't want to leave the city but still want the beach. Stadsstrand (city beach) de Oerkap is the place. The have good music, nice drink selection and big pizza's.

Such a chill place to hang out with some friends, enjoy the waterview and have some coffee or beer. The online ordering is something to get used to but it works and makes sense for what the place is like. Also great for kids to visit as there's lots of opportunity to explore and play.

Really nice and fun place in Haarlem, you can also get here by boat. The pizza is really good (I think one of the best I've eaten in Haarlem, and I'm Italian). I liked the way the service is organised and I guess when there's not a pandemic going on it's even better (and I think there could be live music). The atmosphere is really cool and you can sit on the sand just enjoying your food and beer!

Absolutely love this place - such an awesome little "secret beach" in the middle of the city - good food and decent variety of drinks. On any day with good weather make sure you get there early

Nicely priced beers and bar food. Very cosy at night too. Lot's of families during daytime.

With lots of outside seating, a big burger grill, and a place for kids to play. Inside you'll find a nice atmosphere, fresh pizza's being made and friendly staff.

Nothing more to say, in the middle of the city and so cool. Took some time to get what we ordered but considering the amount of people it makes sense. Toilet were surprisingly clean as well. Atmosphere is just great

Lovely environment, nice pizzas. Dont miss this place. You'll feel the soul, different that any other places... it's also a good place with kids, they can spend time on the beach part playing with sand.
