Such an amazing Royal university...We visited this place at open monument Day..The architecture of this building is so unique.. All paintings of this place show old historical stories.. worth watching this place..

with its construction in 1636 it is the oldest town in the city, it was very nice to be able to participate in such an action. inside there is a garden with numerous natural sculptures. every click is worth it

All professor are kind and calm even helpful and problem solving in very complicated situation like study, social or any biomedical things like having problem to understand task while lecture, problem while attempting a laboratory or special you get a problem in cell culture.
End of the day I recommend all individuals who are foreigners and who is looking for a scholarship for September intake, better apply before December.

Very nice ambiance. I especially liked the library, it has many floors and facilitates studying.

This main building of the Utrecht Universitieit is just adjacent to the famous monuments of Utrecht i.e. St. Martin's Cathedral and Dom Tower. Also, the statue of Earl Jan Van Nassau is infront of the university building.

It is surprising to find that the university buildings are all mixed up with the famous monuments of the city. Also we can find many official workspace of companies, housing residence, student offices and also canals close to the university buildings!

The oldest part of the University Hall, called the Treaty of Utrecht Hall or Auditorium, was completed in 1462. Indeed, it was here that the Treaty of Utrecht was signed in 1579, an event that is generally viewed as marking the origin of the Dutch nation. The statue of Jan van Nassau, standing in front of the University Hall, serves as a reminder of this important occasion.

Great relief on the wall of the main building of the University (a few metres away from the room, where the Union of Utrecht in 1579 came) with the image of a Hungarian student running from the Reformed Great Church of Debrecen to the Domtower in Utrecht, in memory of the many hundreds of students, which for centuries to the present day at Dutch universities have studied. Legend: “Sanguine Christi conglutinati sumus”,"By the blood of Christ, we are connected."

At the moment, dispite corona, they provide on-campus work groups and exams for first-year students.
