Delicious culinair disches, 5 courses in 40 euro. If you want to have a dinner without normal steak and fries, this is a right place. A bit pricy drink and he ask for a drink every turn which I felt a bit forced to order extra. But it's fine. Due to tasty dishes I would come back and I also recommend here.

We spent a night in groningen and decided to go to XO after seeing the reviews. Those were accurate, the food is really nice,very well cooked, tasty, a mix of unexpected flavors, and all nicely plated. I would go back for sure if staying around groningen.

Very delicious food with good looks, suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Great cook. The waitress is very hospitable and will kindly explain about the food in the different rounds. One can easily spend hours in this little gem in the inner city of Groningen. Highly recommended.

Incredible quality 5 course menu for €30! A great experience. We took the wine pairing also - magical combination. Passionate people and a 5 star experience for not a lot of money.

XO has a very good menu. The meals are presented beautifully and the taste was great. The kitchen was very flexible with gluten free preparing of the meals. I would definitely recommend them.

The combination of the ingredients was surprising and full of flavour, wine paring was well done and the staff was very attending and friendly. Overall an amazing experience!

We just had dinner at XO and even with the 4.6 rating on Google it surpassed our expectations. Service and food were both excellent. We had the 5 coarse dinner with wine to complement all courses and it was great! We also added the cheese as an extra. Courses came perfectly timed with plenty of time to relax in between to make sure you are ready for the next delicious dish. One of the best meals I had in a while; can absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is living in or visiting Groningen. 5 stars!
