Nadat ik geopereerd was aan borstkanker met okseltoillet, kwam ik bij LOF Groningen terecht. Een geweldig team. Zeer professioneel, kundig en liefdevol word ik hier geholpen. Tevens geven ze je handvaten mee om thuis zelf aan de slag te gaan. Ook Yin-Yoga zit in hun pakket, wat een fantastische aanvulling is.

Nadat ik een informatief bericht van LOF op FB had gezien over lipoedeem, wist ik het zeker. Dat is wat ik heb... Na een onderzoek en een gesprek bij LOF heeft José me begeleid in het trainingstraject. Een half jaar lang twee keer in de week kracht en conditietraining. Ik kon het goed volhouden, werd door José super gemotiveerd en geïnformeerd. Ik ben 12 kilo afgevallen, heb meer kracht in mijn benen, voel me fit en zit weer lekker in mijn vel. Het sporten ben ik zelfs leuk gaan vinden! Heel fijn hoe ze me bij LOF op weg hebben geholpen. Ben ze heel dankbaar!

Zeer kundig en fijne begeleiding bij Lof. Zowel aan de Vechtstraat in Groningen als in Harkstede.
