I was so impressed with the excellent service I received from this store. I recently moved to Utrecht and needed a few basics like towels, bedding and kitchen items. I think the ladies name was True, very helpful and knowledgeable, helped me a lot all the staff seemed friendly. Lovely newly renovated store too!

Zara for home-deco and home-wear...What more can I say? Ok, their prices are nice, they are more original than Ikea and have that Spanish touch of vida allegra. They also have gorgeous homewear items so you can look prettier than those worn off bunnyhead slippers (anyone guilty?). Moreover, they are still so organised in Utrecht and if you have ever been to a sales day at the P.C. Hoofdstraat department Amsterdam, than you understand how messy Zara can be...

Leuke winkel, niets te duur en in Utrecht in 2 winkels geweest, alleen jammer dat het personeel in cognito en volledig onherkenbaar is. Aan de beveiliging gevraagd of er personeel was.... Hij is toen even mee gelopen naar een verkoper. Jammer dat het personeel slecht Nederlands spreekt of.... het is beleid om met een zwaar Engela/Amerikaans accent te praten. Wel jammer.....

Fijne winkel, licht en ruim opgezet, originele spullen, je slaagt hier altijd voor een (kraam-)cadeautje. Heerlijk om even rond te snuffelen en te genieten van al het moois.
