I've recently signed up to Daniels online home workout programme. And just Wow.

The variation, simplicity, intensity and enjoyment is just what I was looking for.

I've done P90X, P90x3 insanity and many more. And to be honest I've always felt they never worked for me. The repetition got boring coupled with too much waffle.

Daniels programme is just amazing and every week, it changes.

Top work Daniel, I'll be recomending you for sure.

Great kettlebell workouts. My favourite so far. Best balance of strength and cardio I've found and I've tried a lot!

Wat een fantastische fitnesstrainer is Daniël. Zijn oefeningen zijn uitdagend en zeer goed qua opbouw. Ik ben nu twee maanden lid van Danielpt fitness en wil niet anders meer! Ik kan het iedereen aanraden als je je grenzen wil verleggen en fitter en gespierder wil worden.
