Je krijgt je medicatie. Maar, het personeel kan wel een cursus klantvriendelijkheid gebruiken. Altijd chagerijnig, kom er maandelijks en nog nooit een glimlach gezien, kort af en onvriendelijk. Vast een nare plek om te werken...

Ze zijn altijd chagrijnig !! Als de ene collega wat afspreekt , gaat de volgende collega daar niet meer akkoord. Kortom geen goeie communicatie!! Mijn dochter heeft een keer iets gekregen voor haar haren terwijl het op haar gezicht moest. Ze hebben hier geen uitleg over gegeven bij het afgeven. Mijn dochter kreeg hier een erge reactie van op haar gezicht . Ben helemaal klaar met deze apotheek !!

Medewerkster trekt zich niks aan van de voorschrijving van de huisarts. Lachen is ook te veel gevraagd. Hier hoef je niet heen als je onder de 50 bent je word niet serieus genomen of netjes behandeld. Andere apotheek gezocht.
