Herberg Onder de Linden

We had a amazing evening at Herberg Onder de Linden! Since we had a tight schedule and traveled there by public transport (not really recommended), we asked for a smaller tasting menu accompanied by some beers from their amazing beer list which they did!
They have an great selection of rare and high quality beers that are a great fit for food pairings.
Every single person knew exactly about our schedule and the coordination between kitchen and service was spotless.

I'd love to come back to Herberg Onder de Linden if only it was not that far away!

Fabulous meal and excellent service. This is a restaurant deserving of its star ranking. Drinks pairing, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic were excellent. Delicious and inspiring (I tried my hand at making a lemongrass cream the next day ;)).

We had the pleasure to meet Steven yesterday as we had dinner at Hergerg Onder de Linden and stayed for the night in his Hotel. The food was amazing and the french cuisine with an unexpected Japanese twist brought a touch of the Orient to the far north of the Netherlands. Absolutely recommended!

A very lovely experience, everything is put together with love and passion. The woman who served the wines knew what she was talking about, and made clear why wines were particular good with the different dishes served. The food was phenomenal!

Very, very deep flavours and surprising combinations. They use allot of home riped products. Service is very good and professional, but also social easy going. Highly recommend!

Very good food, worth to Michelin one star.

Great food. We visit michelin restaurants a few times a year and this one was another perfect night out. We especially liked the asian twist on the starters, brought back memories of travelling in thailand and the pacific.

I have been with my sister for a special occasion and has been an amazing experience for our eyes and taste buds.
Beautiful location, friendly staff, relaxed environment and the best of the best regarding ingredients/ wine.

Michelin star food at very reasonable rates

Very good restaurant and bed and breakfast.
Being vegetarian was no problem at all, still they served very nice dishes. Great friendly staff, nicely decorated and furnished place.
