My favourite bakery in the city. It offers a small selection of reasonably priced breads, buns, pastries and cakes. Only a glass pane separates the sales room from the bakery, providing the customer with the opportunity to watch the bakers knead the dough and convince yourself of the cleanliness.

If you haven't tried croissant and the delicious cakes here, then your visit to Groningen is completely incomplete...!!!

The perfect place to buy hot and fresh bread. Whenever you visit this shop you will see atleast 10 people in queue. I love their Crescent , Tarte and butter stick bread.

This bakery is card only. But I actually really like that, i think it's more hygienic this way. The baked goods are a bit on the expensive side, but also very good

I adore this bakery. You have the real deal here if you love the French croissants, baguette etc. It's so delicious. They bake all day long so you always have fresh bread. Although not typically French, they make an outstanding pain au sucre (suikerbrood) too without the artificial additives to it. Much Respect for those bakers, who put their heart and passion into these delicious croissants. Sooooo perfect!!!! Thank you Broodje van eigen deeg. You always make my day!

Their madeleines are superb!
I have enjoyed very much all their delicious pastries. I only wish they’d vary a but more the patisserie assortment (the little tartlets) according to season. But again, all is delicious!

My week isn’t complete without their almond croissants. Everything tastes as good as it looks! Must go for sure.

This is my favorite bakery in Groningen! Don't forget to try their little cakes and l'eclairs, super cute and delicious! Please remember that you can only pay by card here (debit or credit card), in other words, you can't purchase with cash.

Great Baguette, great cakes and little coffee tarts. Can be busy on the weekends. Very helpful staff, most speak also english. You can only pay with pin-pass (ATM card). On Saturdays they can be sold out in the early afternoon, so time your shopping accordingly.

Great french bakery! we tried multiple things, e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g was good: from croissant to pain au chocolat to olive bread to madeleine... yum! Must try is the Gruyere twister, so crunchy and cheesy!

No doubt the best croissants in town, especially the croissants aux amandes. Moist bottom part and crispy upper part, not too sweet and not too big, just so delicious!

Everything here has been touched by god! Brioche, lekker. Bread loaves, top notch. Almond croissant, life changing!
