Loved going there, lovely location and view + the food was also great! The service was good too, nothing very extra ordinary but, it was a very busy day as well! Love that they also have boat rentals + free parking!

Amazing ambience with the lakeside view. Visited in April on Easter break so, the weather conditions little bit clouded but this is a must visit for vegetarians. It is really the best burgers in town.

Nice place to eat something in a beautiful village Giethoorn. So friendly service and excellent food.

We had a lovely dinner here. Beautiful location on one of the canals, gorgeous view of the sunset. Very friendly service, food was delicious. We both had soup for starters (I had asparagus and ham, husband had seafood soup- both great) then main course of beef (one with Bearnaise sauce and one with black garlic sauce) both cooked beautifully. Try the Gin and Jonnie gin and tonic. You won’t regret it. Soooo good.

cute cottage restaurant with spacious seating both indoors and outdoors. Looking out of the window you can see green grass and boats passing through the canal. We just docked next to the restaurant and took a lunch break. We ordered fish soup, Salmon and Trout

Our waitress was very friendly and the food delicious.
The bitterballen was the best we had in our Netherlands trip. Pancake was very good and they accommodated adding bacon to our cheese one and the dessert as you can see by the pictures was beautiful.
The prices were average of what we found during the trip, i was even expecting higher given the smaller town that is very much for tourists and how upscale the restaurant felt.
Great, very recommended.

Just had a small dish, nicely prepared and very tasty French fries. Nice people working there, very helpful in our short vacation

Their vegetarian burgers are delicious! Non vegetarian burgers I heard are good as well.
Some friends ordered the fish and chips and they liked it too.
There’s plenty of space inside and outside, by the canal as well.
There is wheelchair access.
It is very close to the town entry, so you can start walking right after.

Very friendly service, always eager to help us out. On top of that, we had a delicious dinner. The burger was baked as requested and was very tasteful. Atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, quiet music and cosy chairs. The evening had everything we needed.

A very nice play were have dinner. We went today an it was a very nice surprise for us for eating so delicious and tasty meals, fisch, vegetables with pasta and nice fries, and the dutch beer is just amazing, Texels and Hertog Jan ....the service very polite and so nice to us.
I will be back to this place and the decoration perfect.
Thanks a lot for doing of this occasion a very special dinner.

The food is realky amazing, i took deer steak and my freind had a duck steak. Both are delicious.

Excellent restaurant. After the tour of Giethoorn I stopped by, and it was fantastic. Relaxed and excellent service.

Delicious food, thank you for make an exception for us, we arrived quite late for dinner and they still gave us a 5 star service, even when they were about to close, we are so grateful, fish was so tasty also the pasta and the fries. I would recommend 100% ♥
