Stayed for a long weekend in May 2023. Martin was a very kind and patient host, met us in the garden upon our arrival, and explained the operation of all amenities during the house tour. House was comfortable and private, despite the central location, the garden was lovely, and the seating area adjacent to the canal was great for people watching and the inevitable rental boat crashes!

The included rental boat worked flawlessly, and Martin’s description of its operation was thorough.

I’d stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay for 2 nights at an restored house in Giethoorn. Martin is a great host. Has nice outdoor seating area to watch the canal boats go by. Kitchen is as authentic as you can get by living in the village. Nice

Nice place to stay the staff /owner was very friendly and nice to talk with. They had the best location in the town as well. This area is like a fairy tail town. We can’t wait to come back and see more.

Last week we stayed at the Plompeblad Guesthouse in Giethoorn and highly recommend the 1 Bedroom Cottage for its comfort and excellent location. Situated right on the waterway, it offered the best views each morning as we sat outside our front door, sipping coffee and watching the ducks and boats glide by.

This guesthouse provided the perfect base to experience the charm of Giethoorn, with its picturesque boat-filled waterways, scenic footpaths, charming bridges, bicycle trails and centuries-old thatched-roof houses. The tranquility and beauty of the surroundings made our stay truly memorable.

If you are looking for a comfortable and idyllic spot to immerse yourself in the unique picturesque atmosphere of Giethoorn, the Plompeblad Guesthouse is the ideal choice

Ontzettend mooie en complete ruimte. Werden hartelijk ontvangen door Martin die ons de geweldige tip gaf om naar de orchideeënhoeve te gaan.
Het is een ontzettend rustige locatie in de winter. Bijna niets te horen, heerlijk.
Ook is er een prachtige badkamer met een heerlijk bad en aparte regendouche.

Mooie locatie, heel erg sfeervol en schoon.
Leuk van opzet, mooie badkamer en mogelijkheid om een privé boot te huren.
Geen volledige binnen keuken, wel een waterkoker, nespresso koelkast en oventje.
Buiten staat een gasbarbecue met pannen om eventueel te bakken en koken.

Begin november 2020 SUPER weekend gehad! Fijne gastheer, prachtige plek, geweldig uitzicht en een guesthouse met heerlijke sfeer, het is mooi afgewerkt en heeft een aparte slaapkamer en heerlijke badkamer. Het prive bootje erbij maakte het helemaal fantastisch!

這間民宿非常棒，我們住了2晚，座落在羊角村最精華的河道旁，是一間蘆葦村為屋頂的房子，屋內擺設很優雅，屋外直接面對河道，可隨時看到游船來回穿梭著，視覺上是滿享受的，早餐非常豐盛，屋主對人也非常客氣，是值得推薦的一間民宿，。

民宿主人很熱情，不但房子與裝飾都是自己動手做的很別緻，抵達時的講解也非常詳細，雖然在房間內使用wifi有點不穩定，但瑕不掩瑜，是個很棒的民宿。對了，早餐也是超級豐盛。
The houes owner is very kind. He told us that most of the rebuilding and beautiful decoration was done by himself. When we arrived at Giethoorn, he gave us a very detail introduction of his house. The breakfast is super. Although, the wifi singnal was unstable inside the house, but it is not a big issue.

民宿地點位在羊角村內，所見之處無一不是童話般的美景。主人非常親切，每日早餐新鮮又豐富。我們很幸運能在此停留兩晚，體驗羊角村鄉間與小橋流水慢活的趣味。
