As promised, a review because of the great service. Ordered a TV but was still on my way home when they called that they would arrive. Understandably he couldn’t wait.

After about 5 minutes he called again and explained that he would first do a delivery around the corner; giving me some more time to get home.

Absolutely delighted with El-Vidas, great help on the chat box, questions answered immediately, the best price for the LG OLED 16C 55" and delivery by their own driver the next day, he also called to inform us of his exact time of arrival. Excellent service, highly recommended.

LG OLED C1 65” best place to buy a TV, I bought in 29 and the 30 was in my home.. fast service best packaging’s and very nice customer service, I ask them and like 10 minutes after they answered me.. and the price is nice WHAT DO YOU WANT MORE ? (For who say that the tv code is different is because there are many tv codes from many countries.. so if you ordered the “oled65c16la” and you receive the “oled65c14lb” it’s okay.. it’s the same tv and same specs. But different Europe version. But the only thing that change is the code TV IS THE SAME.)

Ordered a TV LG c9 55 everything was perfect conditions in box (SEALED) despite all the bad reviews, I believe sometimes people can be unlucky with defected TV's, but also that can happen anywhere, and I'm not friends of the company since I live in Vlissingen, and serious with this prices absolutely you can trust EL-Vidas, I was pretty scared after order the tv and see all that bad reviews all over the Internet, so i can only say thank you to El-vidas.nl to make me save a couple of euros and being honest with their products in a professional away. (also saw the van with the tv's all packed and secured by ropes). Great deal thanks and success.

Overall: The company is very responsive and quick to rectify any problems. I would purchase from them again given my experience.

I bought a 55' TV, but was concerned about getting the TV up to my 4th floor apartment. I emailed El Vidas to double check that their delivery man would bring the TV to my floor. They responded promptly, confirmed it would be delivery to the door. Unfortunately, when the delivery man rang the doorbell, he left the TV at the bottom of the staircase and left. I left a message about this situation, and the owner called me to apologize, explaining the driver acted independently and corrective action will be taken. He was then kind enough to offer me a discount for the issues I experienced.

I am impressed with El Vidas's customer service and the pride and care the owner takes with his business. While originally disappointed with the delivery service, the responsiveness of the owner gave me the confidence that in the future, I would continue to have a positive experience with El Vidas.

They send product Quickly, they have better price than other stores.
