Crazy crazy how many sweets there are here absolutely crazy !!

A cute little Dutch bakery museum. This museum is often overlooked, so don't miss it when you pass by.

Cute candy shop they serve Denise and waffle and coffee too. Wooden spoons were very decorative

The best waffle I've ever tasted. Very sweet iced coffee is not recommended. It is a place that transports you back in time, love it.

The museum has a small shop selling freshly made stroopwafels. It was a nice snack to bring around while walking around the area.

Delicious stroopwafle I have tasted. It was served warm, complemented with the 10 degree Celsius weather while walking around. It was priced at 1 euro per piece (50 cents more than the Chocolate House opposite), however, it was worth the price! U can get a bag of 8 pieces for 3 euros (but not warm 😆).

That apple beignet is so delicious I almost walked back for a second. Honestly probably the tastiest dessert I've had in Holland. Currently prices 2.25 euro. For awareness, toilet is not available here although there is a sit down component.

The shop was very cute, the coffee tasted great too.

We absolutely loved the apple beignets, the cheese bread and the chocolate waffle. Some of the best desserts we've had in the past 6 weeks we've spent in Europe.

I live in the Netherlands and always being my visits from station Zandaam to Zaanse Schans by bike, because it is a must. We just visited the bakery with my brother and had a great experience having a fresh apple cake and a waffle. The girl who helped us was very kind and the place itself is so nice inside, really shows takes you back in time. I recommend visiting to everyone going to the Zaanse Schans.

Such a cute little bakery house! I love everything about Zaanse Schans, and this bakery is just one of the little houses there. They give free recipes and the staff wore traditional outfits too so you can take pictures with them.

When you find yourself in Zaanse Schans and it starts raining, find a spot in the gorgeous tea room of the bakery museum. Accurately furnished with old bakery tools, maintained the cupboard where people used to sleep and turned it into a tiny spot for a table.

Amazing to see how to make ginger biscuits. You cannot definitely miss the appel beignet.

Free museum at the back, and fresh daily treats to buy in the middle of the house. Try the cheese biscuit and the almond cookie and enjoy it in the living room section!
