State of Art Outlet Store Bataviastad

Een fijne winkel om me broeken en hemden te kunnen kopen. De beste man is ook een fijne verkoper ook al kan die soms pushie zijn, maar goed daar is die verkoper voor... Hahaha... Ze hebben een fijne collectie, janmer dat ze geen zwart zwart in het arsortiment hebben, maar goed. Gewoon eromheen winkelen zou ik maar zeggen.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en ook na een probleem met mijn aankoop hebben ze een bijzonder goede service verleend

Hele goede outlet store hebben alle maten op voorraad beter dan de andere outlet winkels die meestal alleen small en medium kleding hebt en einde reeks en b keuzes state of art heeft dat niet mooie frisse winkel goede collectie alles past bij elkaar ik kon geen keuze maken zeker veel 3xl en 4xl overhemden truien en hele mooie jassen door de stapel korting krijg je nog extra korting .top zaak en vriendelijk personeel en niet te opdringerig

Purely UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL behavior from the store manager. With all due respect, I strongly feel Mr. Sander whatever needs the minimum level of skills to address his customers when at store. The store manager evidently showed all the characteristics of racism when I visited the store which absolutely ruined my day. If this is the quality of treatment from a premium brand like 'State of Art' to its customers, i would spread a word to as many people out there to not visit this store and not to keep quiet when such discrimination occurs.

I visited the store with my friends yesterday and he was checking for sizes but there was no one to help also when we started checking the items by ourselves. We bought 6 items from the store even then the store manager Mr.Sander started screaming at us saying it’s not good and he insulted all of us. He even mentioned if you want to complain you can do it and mentioned his name for reference. My friend’s wife is pregnant and she just tried to explain him we are buying all of those and even a few more but he was not listening and insulted in front of everyone so we just bought those that we had seen till then and left the store. We wanted to purchase more and they lost the business because of the misconduct of the store manager. He doesn’t know how to talk to a pregnant woman or even treat people in a right way. Me and my friends would never visit this place ever again!
Hope he learns someday from his mistakes.

"Leuke winkel, maar de winkelmanager "SANDER GASSENBEEK" is erg onvriendelijk. Ik vraag me af of hij echt wil dat de klant de kleding koopt of gewoon wil rondkijken, omdat hij de klant niet wil laten passen en alleen naar de kleding wil laten kijken en beslissen, omdat het moeilijk voor hem is om de kleding op te vouwen. "State of Arts" moet hem trainen in hoe hij met een klant moet praten en actie moet ondernemen tegen zijn racistisch gedrag. Het is jammer dat hij de basisvaardigheden mist om winkelmanager te zijn. De winkel zal een groot verlies lijden als hij zich hetzelfde gedraagt tegenover alle klanten."
