Great park for a walk or run. Some animals can be seen. There is a WC (no fee) in the administration building, also a cafe and a small shop. Parking is 3 euro for the entire day. Some of the paths in the park are forbidden for dogs, as you can get very close to the animals and might be dangerous.

Nice place to visit and make your day beautiful with girlfriend and friends. Tip: the animals are most active in the early morning and after if you are lucky or they are still willing to move not rest in bushes.

It's a great place to walk around with kids. Try the combi-deal (taart van de maand + coffee) at the cafe after the long walk!

Parking cost €3 per day (it used to be free back in the days)...

Beautiful park to walk or bike. The signs tell you which way to go to see what kind of animal. Paths are shared for walking and cycling. Enough picnic places in the shadow.
Dogs are allowed.

The staff and volunteers are very friendly and can tell you about the animals.

The restaurant has nice food. They do offer gluten free, but not coeliac friendly just intolerance friendly.
The park is rather big. We saw a couple of the big animals that live there. The otter feeding at 1500 is cute. The staff are very knowledgeable.

It was wonderful to walk through the park again. And, the restaurant is also much improved. We had a lovely family afternoon. No work, for a brief period. Visit. It's worth it. One has to pay only for the carpark.

Well if you have an hour or two...
nature who doesn't love it?
Well every Sunday afternoon after Church we go here... either my husband and my self or we bring our grandkids, family and or friends along with us.
We have these long walks and we and the kids just love seeing the animals.
It starts with the storks in their nests right at the entrance.
And a bit further down one of the routes they have a field with a huge net where in summer the storks stay lots and lots of them The most we had seen at one moment is like 20 of them.
They started of with just a few like 6 or so and these managed to breed... the parents don't migrate in winter they love their home so the stay but the young ones do.
Then near the entrance you have the Otters and Wisent cows and Prozwalsky horses, you have deer and wild pigs further into the Nature reserve... really it is an AMAZING place and its huge... you can have early morning breakfasts while taking a tour with the park guide.
If you would want to see the whole park you would really have to do that by car or on the bike if the weather is nice.
I am absolutely sure that you will fall in love with this place.
And after a nice walk you can sit and relax even more with a nice cup of coffee with apple pie and many other really nice foods.

Quiet park with a lot of animals to see for the kids. You can make short walks and longer walks, suitable for everybody (young and old). It's also easy to walk with a stroller.

They have a lovely restaurant with a good selection of food and a little shop where you can buy little souvenirs.

Toilets are clean and there is enough parking for your car.
