Huisarts Ter Steege is een rustige, prettige arts. Ik loop er de deur niet plat, maar de paar keer dat ik er geweest ben vond ik het contact prima.

Wij hebben zo'n 1,5jaar bij deze huisartsenpraktijk gezeten en zijn tevreden. Ze zijn vaak wel heel slecht te bereiken! Zo heb ik ze één hele week niet kunnen bereiken (op verschillende dagen en verschillende momenten heel lang aan de lijn gehangen). Maar verder tevreden over de verleende zorg en service. Nooit lang hoeven wachten in de wachtkamer.

Twee keer gebeld afgelopen periode, beide keren maar tien minuten hoeven te wachten aan de telefoon. Beide keren dezelfde week nog een afspraak kunnen plannen. Fijn geholpen aan de telefoon.

Zorg op het maximale minimum met een administratie die te wensen over laat ... Je hebt een huisarts nodig, maar deze zou ik in eerste instantie niet kiezen, indien je nog kan kiezen!

Ik vind de huisarts laks vaak moet je of ernstige symptomen hebben
Of ze juist erger maken wil je eindelijk een afspraak kunnen maken.
