We had a scheduled 7 hour stopover at Schiphol for a connection after a flight from Canada. So the 4 hours spent in the cabin was very welcome. The comfortable double bed allowed us to sleep and the shower was very pleasant. We felt very refreshed and it was good to have a peaceful time away from the busy airport. The staff were very helpful

After a long flight, it was a welcome place to be able to chill out, sleep and rest. Highly recommend

There is nothing better than a Yotel room at a busy international airport if you have a long layover. I had a 9 hour layover in Amsterdam and stayed in a Yotel room for about 6 of those house. I slept for about five of those hours, then showered and changed into fresh clothes before a second internation flight. It is so refreshing.

It’s essentially a room on the other side of the airport after check-in/security etc. Rooms are nice enough for what you need from them. You can use the hotels just outside of the airport (Hilton). Can not really leave any bad comments or negatives as the rooms are what they was intended to be used for. People are leaving bad comments as it is not like a hotel room, it’s a space with a bed to sleep, tv and wash facilities. Get what you pay for.

I've stayed here twice now because I have early flights to San Francisco and it's nice to arrive the evening before and have a good nights sleep and shower and walk straight to the gate. I arrive at 9 and leave at 8.30 and pay by the hour. The room is a little dated so I took off a point. The front desk lady was nice enough when I went to get a cup as the room doesn't have one (I did not find this a problem) but she did appear to be on a lenghty personal call and basically muted the conversation to deal with me and then continued when I left. It felt a bit inappropriate. Also note that some single rooms have a bed that requires a bit of a climb; this probably should be mentioned in case there are customers that are unable to climb. I have bad arthritis and sortof managed but it would have been great if it had been mentioned so I could have said no, I'd prefer a bed closer to the ground. The service has been good with easy checkin. I've slept very well both nights, it was quiet and the room temperature was good; no bed bugs. Do remember this is only useful if you are not checking luggage; this hotel is airside, meaning behind security.

Can you put a price on a hot shower immediately following a long haul flight? I had a 12 hour layover after a transatlantic flight and had a blissful shower and seven hour, uninterrupted sleep in a dark, quiet room in one of the busiest airports in the world. The luxury of that experience far outweighs the otherwise basic room. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny if you’re a frequent flyer who has seen every inch of the airport already and just wants a quiet place to relax.

My flight was canceled due to maintenance issue, so I had to spend the night at the airport. This hotel was perfect in regards to convenience and comfort. I got a good night's sleep, a hot shower and the girl at the counter even made me a coffee as I checked out. Made my dau much better.

I was grateful to have a place to shower and rest on a long layover in AMS airport.

This was critical in helping me arrive refreshed and ready for early business meetings in Dubai. Would recommend to anyone arriving early and needing a half day hotel or even longer.

Grateful for a service such as this.

We found your hotel while we were walking around the airport during our outbound flight while waiting for our connection. We already had a booking at another hotel outside the airport but we were impressed with the convenience of staying inside the airport/air side which will save us a lot of time from having to go thru immigration, customs and security. We decided to cancel our existing reservation for the other hotel and booked with Yotelair. We were impressed too at how easy it was to choose the timing of our stay and that the rates were hourly. Based on our experience, we will consider booking with Yotelair again on our future flights. Kudos and more power!

Amazing, comfortable, great size for a sleep and a shower during a long layover! Only €60/h for a single room, and I saw some nice looking doubles on the way out as well.

Seriously recommend. Turned my travel day from extremely difficult to extremely doable (that’s a good nap for you!).

The staff were also lovely and helpful.

Absolutely the best thing about the airport. I travel frequently and this was a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
I had an 11 hour layover, arrived early in the morning, had been awake 26 hours.
Got to my cabin, quick shower, and climbed into one of the most comfortable beds I have ever laid in. Slept like a baby for 9 hours with not one sound from outside disturbing me.

Standard room for a 4 hour stay costd 95 euros. Very conveniently located within Schiphol. Gives one time to unwind and freshen up before the next flight. Worth it for longer transit.

Staff are so helpful and friendly.
Can't beat the location.
Family rooms are well designed, clean and comfortable.
Coffee / tea / hot chocolate etc all inclusive.
Can't recommend highly enough if you have a long stopover and need to get some sleep / rest.

Had a connecting flight cancelled so had a 10 hour wait, walked over to the hotel (on the top floor on Lounge 2 behind McDonald's), booked 6 hours ... the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was great, free wifi, lots of different plugs for charging devices. I actually ended up calling the desk and adding an extra hour. Definitely worth the money!

It is such a nice feeling to get a hot shower and a short nap after a very long flight. The tiny rooms are rented for 4 hours minimum stay. A great idea! Friendly staff and it was surprisingly quiet in the room. Free coffee is included.

Little functional and comfy pod of a room at the second floor of the transit terminal at the airport. Note: Netherlands does not permit US citizens entry into the country due to the pandemic so don't try to stay at any other airport hotel!

I didn't have a reservation. Arrived at 7pm. Had a flight out 10am the next day. Just walked to the reception. Asked for a room for one. Paid 99 Euros. The bed was comfy. Nice little table. Bathroom with shower. It worked. Got a good night's sleep. Took a shower, had breakfast at one of the nice dining options downstairs and walked to my gate. Everything within 5min or less walking distance. Schipol is my favorite connection hub only next to the new airport in Istanbul.

Despite the size of the cabins I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall comfort and the sleep I had.

I was advised there would be noise during the night and issued with ear plugs but in honesty, I simply didn't hear a thing even without the earplugs which I never used.

You really don't feel like you're sleeping in one of the worlds busiest airports because there is almost zero noise.

Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.

Due to my work nature I travel every month and have a stay over in this hotel.
While I have noticed this at multiple instances and eve today while writing this review is that certain hotel reception staff particularly during 12pm until 6 pm are highly racist and partial towards guests.
good to relax between long connections.
I have arrived earlier 2hrs than my check in time and requested them to have an early check in if possible, although it was denied in a rude way!
The lady at the reception as well as another man in in reception was rude and not at all polite, while I have seen the same attitude of them change suddenly change when it is other foreigners who come to the hotel.
Being a regular guest literally every alternate month, I have noticed this for a long time and felt this review should be posted.
It is only for the staff who is in the time period I mentioned earlier. There are other staffs in other shifts who are nice.
Highly pathetic standards of Yotel!!!

I'm airline crew and was lucky to get it at the airline rate. Got drinks are complimentary as well. The bed is very comfortable I didn't want to leave. Plus the shower inside the room is just right. The staff were friendly and accommodating too.
