Afgelopen week was een probleem ontstaan met Koelvloeistof lekkage in mijn Renault Clio. In mijn situatie met een hoogzwangere vriendin en een ziekenhuisbevalling in het vooruitzicht is een auto redelijk cruciaal.

Na uitleg hiervan en ondanks de enorme (vakantie)drukte qua reparaties hebben ze de reparatie er tussen kunnen wurmen en was de auto na 1 dag weer klaar om op te halen. Superfijn en bespaarde ons een hoop stress.

Ik wil de heren van de balie en uiteraard de werkplaats hartelijk bedanken voor het begrip en de snelle actie. Service met een welverdiende hoofdletter S.
