Restaurant MARIO

Went there for our wedding anniversary. Food was exceptional good and the host super charming, welcome and transferred you to an original Italian atmosphere. Would recommend it for a classy enjoyable dinner. Pricey but worth every single penny and would certainly return back.

One of the best seven course meals I have had. Really epic service, brilliant wine. The service was a bit slow, but every dish was well worth the wait. But damn I have never seen better service in all my travels.
It also happened to be the night when I proposed to my girlfriend and I think this dining experience really put her in the mood to say yes. So I owe Restaurant Mario a bit one.
We both will be coming back for more. Really want to stay the night at their wonderful hotel next time.

One of the best dining facilities in the Zaanstreek! It's not for nothing that they have a mention in the Michelin guide, the Italian cuisine is fantastic. Recommended for a special night out.

This isn't just eating in a restaurant. This is a whole new level of dining! Every taste and detail is just perfectly combined and balanced!

Upscale Italian in a tiny village in rural Netherlands. The service was good, and the restaurant is nice. Unfortunately we got placed in a seperate room, which was still nice, but it lacked some of the atmosphere of the main seating area.

The food was delicious, and we didn't leave hungry.

Small edit: went there twice more, including the option with a night stay included. The atmosphere in the main restaurant is great and the food has been terrific. Will definitely go back there every once in awhile.

In one word perfect. Very stylish restaurant with very polite and kind staff. We like the concept of 5 or 7 dishes combined with a wine arrangement. We spent 3,5 hours here with high quality food. Expensive but worth the money. René and Menekşe...

We ate dinner here after our wedding and it was amazing! We had the 7 course Mondial. We took pictures of the dishes but they don't do the food justice. The staff was a dream. The wine was out if this world. I would recommend everybody to eat here.

It is worth every minute of travel from Amsterdam to eat this great food. Beautiful interior, amazing food (which is seasonal and you eat different types of dishes everytime you visit), friendly service. Top!

Very nice restaurant, quality food, fine dining, friendly waiter's, special wines from Italië that do not show up on vivino. Ask not to be seated under the air-conditioning... Way too cold.

Amazing hidden gem with an incredible ambiance and the most amazing lasagna we've ever had! Definitely recommend the 7 course menu!
