Great information, lovely people who provide wonderful service. They really take the time to instruct you, let you try things and they even gave me some testers to try out at home. Lush also has a recycling policy I am very fond of. Yes the products are on a pricier side but I love everything that comes with a purchase! And it is cruelty and plastic free. (As in the pots get recycled) 10/10 would recommend!

Friendly staff, love the collabs with anime and mario!!

After having the dreaded news that my phone was going to be essentially replaced (no saving the data on it), I sadly made my way to the Lush and got two of my favorite bubble bars to soothe my sorrows.
Kris/Cris? Made my absolute day. She heard my sob story, empathized with me, and just generally made me feel super welcome and honestly better. I've always had great service at every Lush but this was above and beyond. She made a horrible day into a much better one, and even used her "Random Act of Kindness" for me, which I didn't know was a thing.
This is the best customer service I've ever had. I walked out stunned, almost in tears because I just felt so cared for in that moment. I wanted to hug her/shake her hand/ something but given the current situation, I did not want to push it.

I had a lot of fun shopping here. The injured animal was sacrificed to the God of Commerce. To get in favor of the consumers. It dissolved into a warm gel. Expect a lot of fragrances and an excellent knowledge of products by members of staff. It is a great place to get gifts. Love the wrap knots. (no animals were harmed in the prices of this review)

Personally I love the concept of LUSH more than just a cosmetic brand. A small step towards better environment. From the products smell we can say it has natural ingredients and not synthetic. The staff encourage and help to try different products, and also gives samples to try (the best part). So you are never new to a product👍💯

I love this place! I was looking to move our family away from purchasing personal hygiene product out of practice. Today i started with myself. I bought shampoo, conditioner, face wash, face lotion and hair care style bar. Nothing was in practice. I bought the tin containers. The sales woman was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. She is gave me as "a random act of kindness' a body scrub bar! I am so excited to try everything! Long and short... the service is very good here and hopefully i am doung my tiny part for the environment!

Thanks so much to Roos for helping me find not only the perfect birthday present for my mother, but also giving me some advice on which shampoo bar to pick for my thick, dry hair.

They're handling the Corona regulations really well too. Smelling and feeling the products is still possible, but you can't touch everything, and you have to disinfect your hands when entering. Overall a really good experience even though everything is a bit weird right now!

I was only there for 5 minutes because I had to run to the train station. A lovely employee gave me 2 free samples to try. The whole place smelt amazing 🤩 Thank you!

The staff is always super kind and helpful! It’s really nice to talk to people who are so passionate about the products. 5 stars aren’t even enough for this specific Lush store, i’d give them 10 if I could! :)

I love and hate going to Lush. Love it because their products are so pretty, smell amazing and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Hate it because I can never leave the store without buying atleast one item.
