The service is okay and quite fast. The items at this FamilyMart branch is more than of the C-Mart Menara branch, as far as I can see since this premise is more spacious than the latter. The place for customers to sit and eat is also bigger here.

Glad there's an alternative branch of FamilyMart to go in Alor Setar even though the location is quite outskirt from the city centre.

Good service.Was here on weekday. It wasn’t crowded. A Malay male staff who petite in size is very polite and friendly. Oden choices not much but it’s a content.

Very recommended for those like Oden can taste it here.

Walaupun jauh dari rumah saya, fmly mart menara lagi dekat dengan saya, saya pilih fmly mart tndop lagi sbb selesa, cepat, beli aiskrim pun ada kone lg, ruang lebih luas, yang utama di sini semua staff baik2, staf yg buat oden, aiskrim cashier smua baik dan budi bahasa n ceria walapun customer ramai.
