many shop available here, ninso, mr diy, switch, harolds bakery and many more. parking lot always available and free.

Loved it,it have everything inside,not lotus hypermarket only,have shop like food,cloth,tools.You can find everything inside this Lotus also i have eye on somebody of this lotus workers.

Strategic place to visit, very much parking slot
Everything is excellent organized like trolly, clean toilet, have musholla, food court clean hopefully more variety of food stall open. Everything is excellent 👍

60 - 40. Got a mat rempit staff here making troubles with their gang by causing discomfort with their loud banging exhaust.
Update, 23 oct 2023. No more mat rempit seen. Good shopping mall with lots of choices

Overall this is one stop center that suits need and most affordable price's in spite of a lot variety item.

Nice Place for shopping furniture and food too. Large parking space and new building.

not crowded. one stop shopping

Great supermarket located right before the Alor Setar (S) toll plaza. They always open until late at night on weekends. This tesco only have Mr DIY and small kiosk. No other shops around. That's why there's not many people here.

Somehow,I like it.. better than Tesco Mergong.. coz they always some promotion stock left..but they don't have more selection item to choose..

Very easy to find parking. They have a big car park there. Fresh groceries, products alway in stock. But the location is a bit far from the town.

Suitable for who doesn't like grocery shopping in crowded place. Not many people come here since it's far from residents, located near Alor Setar (S) exit toll.

A good place to shop for groceries and household items. Plenty of shops and eateries as well. A good one stop centre. Parking is plenty but covered parking is usually full.

A good and comfortable place for family shopping with ample shaded parking lot. Price of item mostly increased about 10-20%.

Free and huge parking area. The attraction is not really variety but it does ease those people who really want to shop a lot in quick time.

Great Tesco Hypermarket as always Great value store couple with another tenant DIY store which is convenient 1 stop place for almost all the items you need in the same location.

No issues about parking.. got a few top shop lot like DIY and Watson .. and good spacious of Foodcourt
