Royale Signature Hotel

We stayed at this hotel on our way through kuala kedah and it was more than we expected. The rooms are very clean and amenities are top class. Close to biggest mall in Kedah so we could get everything we need. The food was delicious with variety to choose from and the service was great we had issue with the heater which wasn’t working but they sent maintenance and fixed it.

This is my third time came here because i like the room big and comfortable hygiene also they give toiletries like shampoo soap toothbrush toothpaste comp shaving item’s and sawing kit. If emergency u need to stay around Alor Star can book this hotel just bring a cloth to wear only. So easy and affordable price. Breakfast very nice and the food many variety .

I stayed at Royale Signature Hotel in Alor Setar for one night due to its inclusion on my panelship list. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were efficient. The room was clean, but the layout was not ideal for me as the wardrobe was positioned quite far from the bathroom. It would have been a great addition if there was a gym room. On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to malls and restaurants. Overall, it was a decent stay, meeting most of my business-related needs.

My family and I love this hotel. The room so comfy for us little family. Near to town. Will come again soon

A comfortable place to relax and refresh oneself. Very accessible to the Aman Sentral Mall for shopping etc. Hotel room is spacious, clean and cosy. Nice ambiance and nice lobby to relax. Service is good.

Spacious room but a bit run out. The breakfast just simple, taste is just so so. Location is perfect!

I have stayed a few hotels nearby when coming to visit AS but I personally love this the best because of the easy access, free parking, location and great service. FO is quiet handy and helpful and c/i & c/o is very quick also

Just wondering why opposite review. One says breakfast expensive while another says good food. One says reasonable price another says expensive. I checked in and firstW thing there was welcome drink. I requested for a tour of their rooms and the Manager took me on a tour. 2 pillows for one person - that's ample. The small pillows are for decor so no need to complain its smelly as you are not supposed to use it as bantal dakap then sure jadi bantal busuk 🤣.
The water pressure is superb. The central water heating system takes a few minutes to get the hot water up and as long as able to handle it then it's marvelous. Breakfast variety befitting of a 4 star rating and if in KL the price would be RM50 +/- . What do they charge if include in room rate - RM20 lah per person so stop whining. The staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed for a week and will definitely be going back again. For info - I just checked out today. Be friendly and treat people with respect. No need to put tissue paper on the carpet to test whether they clean or not. That only means that you want to find fault. Instead enjoy your stay by being positive and spreading positivity. Covid might not have damaged you so don't do Covid's job.

The room are quite big and the bed are comfortable. Located at the city centre, the hotel was just a walk to aman central mall. The staff are friendly. Express check in in less than 10 min. Breakfast was ample with wide range of food from local cuisine to western style. But the toilet are quite dirty especially the shower. Toilet are transparent but with blinds.

Room is clean and very comfortable. The menu is awesome.

Staff and Reception very friendly. Very tolarate when we request change for better room. Well done. Location strategic , walking distance to shopping mall and Restaurant.

Room is big,bed is big,with bathtub is the best.Near to all attractions in Alor Setaq.

I left my goods there and after 3 days the goods still there.They help me to postage it back to KL!

Went for iftar during Ramadan - there is a wide selection of dishes which are tasty. Although the price (RM79.90 per pax) is quite pricey in my opinion but definitely worth it. However, the dining area is a bit crowded, I think they were trying to accommodate a lot of guests. All in all a pleasant experience

for a room with bathtub the price is really affordable. cannot get that price in KL or Malacca. Haha. the room is spacious. I stay at King room and ask for baby cot. they provide supplementary mineral water on our 2nd day and change our towel. tidy up the bed. overall i am a satisfied customer.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was so pretty! Everything was fine, cant tell whats lacking tho. AC worked perfectly. Room spacious and cozy. Definitely wanna come again 💕

Nice hotel with spacious bath tub. Just a bit weird to have the big pillar in the middle of the room. Room service need to improve too, food was delivered without any cover even cling wrap was not used and the tray was messy and not clean too.

Good service place is clean with big rooms. Some furnitures need replacemnt. Great facilities. Floor mat provided upon request. They provide prayer mats for Muslims... My 2nd stay here. Worth every penny

Clean and follow operating procedure, rooms are neat. Walking distance to mall, restaurant, hawker stalls and other hotels.
