great service from staff.. have a lot of unique item

Affordable price, near to residential area, however lack of technical staffs who can be refer to technical matters. Products are returnable, but only can be exchange with other products at same price, no cash money claims.

worst kind of customer service gotten from the counter staffs over there, counter staff talk to us in malay language which we dont understand. End up is asking us to place the basket to the original place after we made payment.
We are ok with self service to put back the basket, but counter staff spoke in a foreign language and we replied back in english as we dont understand, afterwhich, the male counter staff and a female staff was laughing at us for not understanding what to do or what they were saying. What kind of rude service, no basic courtesy, if need us to place the basket, do say in a kind manner rather than speaking in a foreign language and expecting us to understand and making fun of us in front of us.

想要的东西看到没有code，可是下面有贴sticker产品名字，问了2个staff也完全被无视. 一个staff看一眼说应该ok.
结果拿了去排队，排队排了那么久cashier告诉我这个没有code 你要去换过另外有code的然后再来排队过付款？？？？
