Not sure is it too many bad rate and comment and being correction now. I'm visiting at 12am and there crowded inside the store. All the bento and food fully restock on the rack. Its completely different like others comment say the staff is lazy, section is closed. They work until non-stop and the service is fast.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The best Family Mart in Penang. ❤

Well known minimarket chain, they are famous of their ice-cream and (oden), one problem here is that they don't have enough staff, the shop is always crowded and there is only 2 counters usually, even though they claim to dedicate one counter to the oden orders, but in reality they don't do, and usually oden products take longer to prepare, so if you want to buy a biscuit or a bottle of juice you have to queue up and wait for 10 minutes or so!

Good coffee. Convenient for stop over.

One of the biggest outlets with wide selection. Queues are rather long despite several counters.

Usually long queue and slow staff respond, oden counter 1 person have to do everything reheat, cook, drink, so sometimes their attitude can be a bit rude and not patient when u order, i kinda pity them so understaff, recently they do open the express counter when queue is long at least some improvement i guess. But the store is filled with their carton all over the place, looks messy.

food only top up at 10am according to the staff, so the food shelf is kinda empty after dinner time until the next day 10am top up.

Original oden is usually not available only tomyam.
