Almost all our electrical items like fridge, washing machine, television, hair cutter etc were from your shop. Your attending manager Mr Ooi and his staff were very polite, friendly and courteous. Not forgetting the delivery staff who were very punctual, expert and helpful in installing our television and making sure all our items were delivered safely and within the stipulated time.

What makes us go back to your shop over and over again is the after sale service provided by your staff Ms Hui Shi. Called her anytime and she will come willingly to our house to help us with the problems encountered by the electrical items bought.

Your outlet indeed deserves a 5 stars rating from your manager to your attending and after sale staffs and of course not forgetting the 2 friendly and cheerful delivery men. All of them are an asset to your company and a shinning example of an excellent staff. They really uplifted the image of your company.
