FamilyMart Intermark

Very convenient to get something on the go.
It is quite a small Family Mart outlet, but they have everything of the usual. It is located at the corner, quite out of sight, so might be tough to find for first timers. The staffs are helpful. Located within Intermark Mall, just beside the San Francisco coffee.

The matcha soft cream is RM2.90, seems alright for me!

Always well stocked and organised. Staff are polite and helpful

Family mart ni terletak tepi tempat bayar parking so memang selalu singgah beli kat sini. Paling suka beli bahagian ni, ada nasi goreng kampung lagi 😊

Can get really busy during lunch hour, staff are helpful but do expect to wait just a little bit more sometimes. Always get onigiri & oden from here on days where I want to grab a quick lunch/snack.

This is definitely not one of the better familymarts. I come here frequently enough and they always seem to be missing some things.

1. Even though environment a little narrow & small but display products all in readiness. 雖然店內環境稍微狹小了一些，但，展示產品齊全。
2. Staff attitude leaves much to be desired. 店員態度有待改善。

Only 1 counter opened despite having 2. That too during peak hours. Long waiting time.

I know that we cant compare the service level of malaysia’s family mart with that of japan’s. But cmon, the least the staff can do is offer a decent service?
Had a bad experience with employee name Marina MS, the name tag suggested that she’s a store manager. I mean, wow how could Family Mart recognised and promoted its rudest employee?! This lady was not courteous and she was very rude in telling me that i’d complained if i realised that the item i bought was going to be hot. She uttered something along the line of ‘ni panas, kang complaint pulak’. I brought a bag with me, for gods sake. Wow, just wow family mart! Bravo in hiring the rudest employee ever! Plus she burnt the corn dog that I ordered, photo as per attached. Sigh.

Owner of the store, please read all the bad review and train ur staff. Kitchen before 830 close and if really this is the practice, put a sign.
