Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Located in Berjaya Square Mall, one could shop, rest and dine wihout leaving the building itself. The mall got large variety of shops, dining facilities and large food court. Plus an indoor amusement park at upper level. If veturong oitside the mall, Bukit Bintang the prime entertainment area. is just across the road. Room is spacious and service is food. Good for those stayin for two, three nights stay.

We will be spending a trip to KL for our 35th Anniversary in April and BTS was on the list as we had a great experience during our last stay, years back.

We have a choice of Superior or Premier Rooms both huge rooms are on higher floors, our last trip was on the 42th floor having a great view overlooking KL Police Headquarters, the KL Tower and its gorges mountain views from living in the heart of KL. The Premier Room booking would include some Mini Bar Items - 2 drinks and a few packets of snacks inclusive and would be replenished daily.

BTS Hotel also accord Free Parking (remember not to use Touch-N-Go for entry to avoid confusion, maybe the front counter issue complimentary parking), one would need to get the necessary information from the concierge.

Only attended a large conference here (not staying in this hotel). The conference hall is spacious and well-furnished. Lighting and sound system is satisfactory. Lift access to the hall is adequate.

The hotel looks new on the lobby, which is good. It has 2 towers, one on the east and the other on the west. Mine is east tower. IUnder the 15th floor, they have a Berjaya Times Square Mall, making it accessible for hotel guests to go to the mall without even taking transit. The restaurant is vegan free.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel lobby, a special thanks to Ahrishna and Gomathy, the receptionists who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their warm welcomes and efficient service made me feel truly valued. It served as a great start to my stay at the hotel. Kudos to them for their exceptional hospitality!

Such a beautifull hotel with best indian vegeterian food. Rooms were too clean and the location was very beautifull. All the facilities were abailable in the room.

I have heard the Times square mall in Kuala Lumpur is good, I once visited it but just visited the ground floor and had only 30 minutes to shop. I shopped for clothes (T-shirts), and the prices were fine. Although people say one should bargain here if visiting this place. Would like to visit it again.

Close to Bukit Bintang, which is the main place to go for shopping and night walk in KL. The surrounding area is vibrant. Very easy to travel by public transport monorail. Great view of the city.

It's one of the best hotels in the area ,,the location is very close to most attractions, restaurants and shopping malls..the best part about this hotel is the daily house keeping which is amazing

Great place to stay in KL don't expect a hotel services but a great room for family trip right near the epicentre of holy pavilion and low yat plaza.. plus easy from Kl Sentral monorail to everywere

Comfortable large rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast, so much to eat with multiple choices of asian and continental foods.

Conference today. Everything was immaculate. The meeting room set out as requested, the food was amazing and the staff...really fabulous. Really well done to this team!!

A day well spent at the hotel. Normally the hotel is fully booked on the weekend and the price is also higher due to the high demand. But you can get bookings at a cheaper rate on the other days of the week. Expect a queue of cars at the entrance as guests are continuously checking in and out.
You can enjoy the great view of the Kualalumpur city including the view of PETRONAS Twin Tower depending on the side of your room.
The shopping mall is just below the tower. The first 5-10 floors are reserved for the mall. There is also a theme park at the top of the mall. The 1st floor of the mall is directly connected with the monorail.

Near Monorail Line. Have shop and restaurant near the area. The cafe breakfast is very nice.

The food court offers a great variety of options at affordable prices, making it perfect for satisfying your hunger while shopping.

Parking at Berjaya Times Square was convenient, with ample space available. However, if you prefer public transportation, the mall is well-connected with easy access to public buses and monorail stations.

In conclusion, my visit to Berjaya Times Square exceeded my expectations. This shopping and entertainment haven is a must-visit destination for anyone in Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it for its extensive shopping options, thrilling indoor theme park, delicious dining choices, and outstanding customer service.
