Been buying my phones here since 2014. Big outlet. Useful informative staff. Realme doesn't have a sale agent though Xiaomi and vivo sales assistant are there.
Screen protector service available. Clean and cool interior. Sometimes the have sales and promos. Plenty of parking outside. Pay by card and cash.

I purchased a phone there. It was an excellent one. Ashraf served me and provided excellent service. His explanation is definitely detailed and straightforward. This is highly useful, especially for those who aren't technologically savvy like me. If you want to get the same experience, I would suggest to look for Ashraf.

Mi Store PJ Hakimi & Aqil. Best service.

We traveled from USA and my sister recommended this store to me. I called Grab and traveled 40 mins to this store and bought a XiaoMi Redmi Note 12 for my mom. The staff Aqil and Sammi who work at XiaoMi store were super friendly and professional. They both served us politely and explained all my questions and gave me the details that I needed about the phone that I wanted to buy. They smiled all the time when helping me setting up my new phone. I had a great and wonderful experience during purchasing the phone here. I highly recommended you guys look for their help while buying phone or other devices there.

A very very good place to shop for phones. The prices are very competitive, great customer service, provide phone repair services, sells phone accessories like cases, screen protectors and other accessories and they also have an in house café for those who are not really interested in browsing phones. They have 2 floors. The lobby is where they display phones and let everyone test them out and in case you are interested, just go up and tell them your order. The personnel are really really helpful and good. They are not pushy but will answer any question you have. I cannot recommend this place enough!
