Hi, I just wanna say thank you to BloomThis Flora and the person who replied me on WhatsApp called Ainur. The flower that I ordered is Esmerelda Pink Rose Flower Box. Due to the remarkable efficiency and work ethic, my important friend in JB had received her first ever bouquet from me who’s currently in UK, it means a lot to me and my friend. The flower is in very good condition, fresh and exact same design as shown on the website. It was delivered on time as well. I wish I could have upload a clearer pic of the flower however she’s too busy working in clinic. Once again, thanks a lot.

Love the selections. So many choices. I think the prices are quite competitive compared to others. And I got free delivery in Penang. The only improvement I could suggest is the delivery status (check my order). I kept getting same status ie. "awaiting rider" and didn't change at all. In the end I got notice that delivery had been made. That's the one suggestion for improvement.
