We were a little apprehensive at first and for Malaysia, the price per ticket is a little high. But… it was well worth it. We arrived at 10.30am and left at 6pm. The kids were very entertained and never asked to leave once which is surprising. There is something for everyone here. As long as your kid is between 5 and 12, they will enjoy this place. We highly recommend it.

Recommend to come at opening hours 10am & buy tix in advance to avoid crowd at entry. To truly try every place, good to budget a whole day (10am to 6pm). There are food outlets (A&W, Subway, Tealeaf, Zus coffee, Yayoi Japanese food), so lunch can easily be sorted. Best to bring water bottle to last the day. Recommended for 7 & above. Any younger they might not fully understand what they are doing & noticed some babies around amidst loud Christmas music (pity their ear drums).

The venue is truly remarkable, providing an exceptional environment for my child. She expresses immense happiness, and her joy is palpable in the enriching experiences she encounters. The diverse array of activities fosters her joy and serves as a valuable platform for her to acquire many new skills and knowledge.

This is an amazing place for kids to embrace adulthood. I was truly impressed with the details of each area of this place. How they design with many considerations in mind to make kids truly enjoy themselves. Kudos to Kidzania team for keeping high spirit throughout the day as it is a tough crowd to please. My kids favorite areas were the wall climbing, special agent and fashion show which was quite a show considering the amount of time allocated for preparation. Once again, kudos to the team. A note for parents. Do come early and book your session for the special activities early to avoid disappointment.

Reached there around 9.30am and left around 6pm! Nv a dull moment! Recommend to book all the 5 main occupations 1st to avoid missing it and slot in other occupations when time allows. Truly amazing and good job to all the amazing staff working there. Keep up the good work.

KidZania KL offers 60+ role-playing activities. These activities include an introduction to aviation, acting, engineering, medical sciences among others. KidZania is an interactive city made for children 1-14 that combines inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role-play.

I have been coming here at least once a year. It used to be quite dark, some staff not too efficient, some shops not open. But, I am finally quite impressed this time (2024). It has significantly improved compared to my visit a year ago in 2023. The places looks brighter and cleaner. There are more activities (new shops: ice cream, cookie, foodpanda), more shops are opened, and staff are friendly, dedicated and better service, and you can reserve some popular activities (such as fire fighter, Tealive) in advance, no need to waste time in the queues. There is even opening dance with the Kidzania mascot and parade along the way (not sure if it is Chinese New Year special), like Japan’s Kidzania.

There is also a customer service staff and other staff along the way proactively asking if you need help. The department store has been located next to the gift shop, with staff always there (it used to be at another location with no one there). I wonder if it have changed the management team (which has become better).

Really good experience for the kids. We had a long full day here. Kids have enjoyed themselves so much. All the staff here are really2 friendly, and they handled the kids professionally. Will not hesitate to repeat our experience here incthe future

Plenty of things for kids aged 9 and below to enjoy. But avoid going during school holiday period as they will just sell to 100% capacity or beyond during school holiday. Official website is 100 RM per kids. Adults about 60+RM. Only managed play about 6 areas for the kids. Maybe can gp straight to level 2 area and play 1st rather than start from ground floor.

I love the concept of job experience so much. Even 4years kids can enjoy almost all jobs. It is a good practice to learn how to earn money and develope creativity and integrate with other kids.

Highly recommended! Great exposure to lots of careers, but kids are smart, soon they realize this is just game. My 3 year old had great time at the beginning and then become a bit bored with similar routines for activities. I guess she is still too little for this.

KidZania KL is a place where both kids and parents will love it. Besides having a touch of different occupations, kids can learn time management, money concept and team spirit, etc. This is like a small society. As kids will be the masters in future, I can see the exciting expressions on parents' faces.

The whole concept is sophisticated, with thoughtful management. What impressed me most are the staff there. They are so professional and caring, also enjoy what they are doing. I can tell there are very well trainings behind.

In my latest visit my family was warmly welcomed by a sweet lady, Zulaikha, who works as Customer Service Executive there. Due to our truly tight schedule this time, we stayed there for around two hours only before heading straight to the airport. Zulaikha assisted my boy throughout his visit, to make sure that he could book more jobs and got most within the limited time. My boy didn't want to leave and indeed we ran at the airport to catch our plane.

She is so friendly and helpful, and treated the kids as if VIPs. Also noticed she and her teammates were busy around taking care of the needs of other little "citizens".

We visited KidZania every time when we travel to KL. We will definitely visit again soon, and we love KL even more because of this place.

Very ideal place to bring kids to learn about career and money management. Best for kids above 7 with counting knowledge as they need to manage all by themselves. During holiday time come in as early so can cover all places. Very thoughtful project, keep up the good job. Highly recommended place.

This is our third time after a few years gap… the outlets change make this place not easily make the kids bored… and now you are allowed to bring food and own drinks and many outlets inside selling food at normal price… surau available at level 3 for adult and level 5 specially for kids… thanks for having us here

Awesome spot to hang out with the kiddos on the weekend. Tickets might be a tad pricey, but it's all good. My kids had a blast, and honestly, every cent we shelled out for tickets and grub was totally worth it. We're definitely planning a comeback!

This is really good education for kids. Kids can learn how to earn and pay money, they must understand how exciting thier life is. RM100 per person from 4 to 17 years old. RM60 per person for adults.They had some discount for resident previously but now no promotion. Kids can enjoy lots of activities and learn how to earn money. Kids also can use money for some services and toys. You can have Subway, A&W and snack inside. They have lounge for adults to wait at 1 floor, limited space but comfortable. Capacity for activities are limited so that you have to queue for a while but relatively not crowded here compared with other countries Kidzania.
