I am quite shocked that the rating is around 2 out of 5. For me the service is good and fast. You can say that I went to this Family Mart at least twice a month. Every time I go to this store, the service is always excellent.

Probably the best family mart I have been to.
Staff was extremely quick in responding to family crises whilst handling orders from other clients. All family mart employees should take cues from this chain! Very efficient sales and service. Will definitely visit again!

Haven't been to famima in a bit so upon my travel back to my hometown, I figure I make a stop so I get to fix my hokkaido melon pan cravings.

Staffs are friendly, and well mannered. Cashier suggested I take up and buy 3 free 1 sausage promo since I am getting 2. Very responsive even not shy on making small talks.

Check out and waiting for food reheating is fast. Well stocked on a 5pm weekday. Cheers.

First Bad Experience in FamilyMart

Rude staff. Charge wrong price, got refund, fought for my receipt. Staff didnt gave me recept. They was fine last year 🫤 manager on leave, so outlet upside down? Left in poor chaotic situation? Served by supervisor . Pfft no wonder the rating is low now. Lol. Gonna be last visit

Very bad customer service. I ordered oden and bihun separately but she put it together but the counter guy asked me to wait for the bihun. I waited around 5 mins and she asked me miss tunggu apa and then I replied. And she has the audacity to say takde bagi asing. Like seriously does the oden bowl cost millions????

I ordered large cappuccino but it only contain half of cup...

When I wanted to use Spay to make payment, Ive been told by the cashier that Shopee voucher cannot be used here, only can be used at FM Greentown. Never experienced such issueas while I was at any FM in KL. My Shopee voucher can be used at any of the FM branches. Besides that, once I reached home I found that my FAM was not being scanned so I didn't collect any points. Not sure why FM wanna implement this loyalty program app while it's not working.
