WEIL Hotel

It is a well-strategically located hotel in the heart of Ipoh next to Ipoh Parade mall. In fact they are connected by a walk in corridor. It offers a nice and comfortable stay, the rooftop pool is definitely an advantage. Mall parking assigned zone is an advantage too. Rooms are neat and clean. Great stay altogether.

My experience here is exceptional - the minute 1st register my checking in was greeted by Mr Satis. Excellent & efficient service. He was very helpful. Due to his exceptional service will recommend friend & relative. This hotel also offer a good spread of buffet breakfast. Overall this hotel is wonderful & we will visit again - god willing

I have to be honest. It's getting a bit old but it's still a very nice hotel. The location is wonderful since right smack at the side is one of the largest mall in ipoh. Around the hotel has some very nice eating spots and sight seeing spot. Majority of the places we go are all 10-20 mins car ride away. The services from the ground team is fantastic too, I feel safe being in this hotel. Thus the reason for 5 stars in every single category.

Directly above Ipoh’s largest mall (Ipoh Parade), offers a good view of Ipoh as it is one the taller buildings in the vicinity. Swimming pool area offers a great bird’s eye view of Ipoh.

If I have to really nitpick, buffet variety was not that awesome but, breakfast options outside the hotel are easy to find and they are great!

Love this hotel!! Always our first choice when we're back in Ipoh. Rooms are clean, friendly service, access to mall and a variety of food nearby. There's always a pleasant scent that we love as soon as we enter the lobby and lift. Good job to the management for keeping the hotel clean and classy!

The after service is what really won me over.
Silly me left my belongings at the hotel after check out, they found my items almost immediately after I informed them and was able to arrange for a courier to get the item.

Great location with nicely decorated room. Staff are helpful and friendly. I would sure recommend to friends. The only problem is the poor wifi connection

We were here for a wedding which they facilitated fantastically considering there were 400 guests! Our initial room sprung a leak after a torrential downpour but we were promptly moved. Room was clean and comfortable but I found the lighting really poor when trying to do hair and makeup for said wedding. Weather wasn’t great in late October but we managed a couple of swims in the roof top pool which was a refreshing temperature due to the rain. Staff were friendly but lacked a little attention to detail like most hotels in Asia. Shopping mall next door accessed on the ground floor was great with a good selection of high street type shopping and not the high end stuff. Overall good experience.

Attended a workshop here and had the chance to enjoy a delightful lunch. The food, especially the broccoli soup and butter-sautéed vegetables, is excellent. Every dish served is truly satisfying. I will definitely return.

Good location, hotel links with Ipoh Parade. Room is clean and spacious. The only thing that I dislike is the smelly smell at corridor carpet & lift. The breakfast is nice with variety of food. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay.

Beautiful hotel located next to Ipoh Parade so it is very strategic, near to famous eateries like funny mountain. Room n bathroom were spacious and well-maintained. We have no issues. Breakfast selection is limited though and extremely understaffed. There was a queue bcz tables cant be cleared fast enough. Parking, although multi level parking, is also limited esp if there are events in the hotel, and it shares a same building as the mall. Good and clean hotel otherwise.

Clean, spacious, comfy, great breakfast! Worth the price. However, need to improve on soundproof. Sound at walkway can be heard inside room. Door with closer create loud bang when close. Need some rubber or brush type insulation at door frame to reduce noise. Still a very nice hotel!

Done have Balcony is one of the minus point. The other left is perfect.
You can see a lot of luxury cars at the lobby.
Be careful and stay away from them :D

service was good. the room was great, spacious and good amenities. the rooftop pool was great. great location attached to shopping mall. I would come back here.

breakfast was weird, they make you wear one glove to get food.

Had a short weekend stay in the hotel. The reception staff and waitress and waiters at the breakfast area were courteous and prompt. The room was relatively large. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall.

I want to send my gratitude to reservation manager Ms Manisha, she is being so helpful on my booking and the operator team are well trained.

Im a very regular customer. So far weil is the best. The only thing is the aircon is setting on 24cc even the monitor shown 18cc. Midnight is too hot and the comforter is so thin.

Nicely designed hotel with great service but not for light sleepers as I could hear my neighbors closing doors n running water.

One of the best Hotel I‘ve ever been to. Get the concept room; you’ll get access to free food and drinks on the 12th floor! Location is amazing, and most importantly everything‘s so clean 👏
