Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially if your phone doesn't have warranty anymore. I sent my phone which warranty had expired to get repaired. They told me it would reach the repair center in 2 to 3 days and I would receive a phone call to inform me about the price and how long it would take. 1 week later, I called the store to ask about it and then told me it would take another 3 WEEKS or so to reach the repair center. It has been 1 month and still no call.

Staff here all no respect

Trash customer service.

Staff look at the customer as if they did not have any money to buy and when called and asked about the product sold, the staff didnt even know the exact model of the product..

worst experience ever. bought a mi band 4 and then just a few hours after tht it stopped functioning.
