Bit cramped. Well-stocked though.

Just another 99 mart which is same row as mcD. Normal days I won't even try coming to this convenience shop as I hardly can find a easy parking lot . Traffic is a constant flow, no need to even consider double parking along this road. Shop has the basic household stuff and low price

Please do regular checking on items in fridge i accidentally took one week expired yogurt 😭 customer r rushing anyway. And kindly please be friendly n patient when handling customer. It would attract people to come here again n again. It doesn't cost penny to make someone feel good.

I like 99Speedmart and there are 3 in TTDI which is great. But this store is infested with bugs in the beans and barli rack. Not sure why this store is not as clean as the other 2 TTDI locations. Management, please react. It is really disgusting.

one indian lady is very rude in this 99. Her face is like so angry and impatient. She expect customer to scan the QR code ourselves when using TnGO payment. She didnt even bother to lift the scanner up and face towards my phone. it was so difficult to aim at the scanner's to get the QR code scanned with my phone upside down.

Terrible service

There is one Indian girl working there and honestly she need some customer service training. On 11/3/24 around 9:20pm went there, while being a cashier and providing service to the customers, she loudly complained about a customer and a receipt issue that she had with that customer to her colleague, which can be heard in the back aisle. Then, while she scanned my items, she proceeded to answer video call which I assume from her bf (guessed she was pissed with him) and talked to him in anger tone, and proceeded to complain to her colleague while im standing there. May I know what is so urgent that it cant wait until she is off from work or atleast have the brain to wait for the customers to leave before she attend her personal call? And she was portraying the anger towards me. She seriously lacks in basic manners & common sense.

Since, this isnt the first time, just a small advice, I can understand the feeling of wanting to vent out or communicate with your colleagues, just avoid it when customers are standing there to pay, as it just look plainly rude and we dont want to be gestured to make payment.

There is a malay girl and a malay guy working there whom does their job nicely. This girl need to learn from them.
