Try this if you are in Paya!
Nasi goreng Pattaya is good, Ayam goreng kunyit also.
Friendly staff, gave good recommendations.
Sadly no beach view, but cosy backyard.

Except local food, and if you are looking for some "western" food that could be a good place because you can eat toast with cheese here.
