Got bravia with extended warranty, headphone, soundbar, free rm300 tng, free keyboard, add on discounts around rm150. Spend like 8k.. discount around 2k.

Go here, go here, go here. Dont go to shop that give 3rd party insurance on your 3rd year. Once they go bangkrupt bye bye warranty.

The biggest Sony outlet I've been to. Most of the camera models can be tested out here with nice table deco to take pictures. Their camera is not chained down to a table so it's comfortable to hold in hand. They have audio equipment, tvs, playstation that you can test out. A 360 audio room to test out their home theater and a service center to service ur camera and any other items.
Staff are all friendly and helpful.
Environment is clean.
It's not crowded.
Service is reletively fast.

I didn't get the names of the staffs there today (31/03/2024), but you guys were so patient with me and tried to help me from the moment i set foot in there... Truly glad I came to this centre instead of any other, and I took your advice and stopped by the other place bybthe entrance, and you were right! It was the settings issue, and is now fixed! A must visit store for Sony fans. Sole reason for my visit here is just to get a PS5 controller, and the staffs are patient enough to allow me to test it out so that I won't get a faulty controller, which the joy sticks are notorious for drifting. Thankfully the controller is working fine as of now.

They provide full details of the spec & let try the audio quality of the earbuds. Best customer service ! 👏🏻 Thanks to Mr. Azam for wrapping the present and also Ms. Nisha for the warm sweet smile.

Was here to check on some issues with my WF-1000XM4. Service was good. I filled up a form, dropped my buds and within the next week or so, I collected a new set as the old was with battery issues.

Highly recommended if you want to buy or repair Sony products here.

Came here to replace my WF-1000XM4 earbuds because of battery drainage issues after the latest software updates. After 3 days, I received an SMS informing me that the earbuds are ready for collection. Came here and collect it without any cost charged (FOC).

The staff here are friendly and provides good service. Would definitely come here again if I were to buy a new TV.

Friendly staff. When i enter in the weekend its quite empty. But thats a good thing as you can move freely without worry. I was looking for cheap earphone where the staff was really helpful to explain as its for my son. Anyway, this place is aa good as how it was when opened 1st day.

Nice and spacious. Lots to try and experience. Cone here often to find out about discounts and deals. I didn't know that you can still buy stereos with Bluetooth here. That means great sound with Captain Marvel and Mar-Vell.

So many SONY product here. Easy visit here with car because a lot of parking and very nice place. Easy to find local and japanese food. i love it.

Went several times for different issues. Queues weren't very long, service staff were courteous and helpful. As long as you come early parking is no problem, although this is more of a mall problem rather than the store. No real complaint, although last month when I inquired in-store on the upcoming PS4 Pro release they didn't have a set date yet although it's supposed to be on this month. Probably not their fault, depends on when Sony distributes info to the centers. On a previous trip I had a few questions about one of their Xperia phones which the salesperson could answer well. Overall no issues, would recommend.

Great place to test all the Sony products. Wide variety of products available in this flagship store. From television, sound bar, headphone, camera to handphone and etc. Best place to try it before you make your purchase decision

The amount of Sony gear here excites me. I absolutely love how the camera demos are set up. It was a joy just trying out the cameras alone. I'd say come here if you wanna try out their cameras. Though their Playstation side could use more work.

I truly love this Sony outlet. It has one of the largest collection of products and the staff are very informative and helpful. Love the camera area where you can sample photos :)
