A large warehouse complex, I believe was constructed under a joint venture between LEE Latex (PTE) Limited and Tropical Produce Co., (PTE).Ltd in 2010 or older (According to the Google map Timeline and judging by the weathering on the buildings).

I have passed by this place once during my trip to Taiping and it seemed interesting. Looks like a cool location to conduct urban exploration, but some areas seemed to be extremely over grown. Making some areas quite difficult to access.
